Refund policy

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant marks, pet hair, or strong odors (such as smoke or perfume).

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns are accepted only after approval.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with detailed return instructions.
Please do not send items back without prior approval or to the manufacturer — items sent without approval will not be accepted.


Return shipping

Unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 5 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement item or a refund, at our discretion.


Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom or personalized products, and personal care items (such as beauty products).

Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance are non-refundable.
Gift cards are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.
Refunds are available if applicable and approved.


European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If the merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Items must be returned in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with tags and in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund was approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
